As it wasn't a massive job, only a few windows needed to be done ( my mum had her double glazing done by another company and was having trouble) the builders would come, view and leave my poor elderly mum disappointed. The installation of our sash windows has been absolutely horrendous. The installer in particular was terrible. He didnt bother to level the windows or even fit them in properly which has resulted us in having ill fitting windows which are misaligned.When adding the trim he was being careless not cutting and fitting the trims flush to the window, hoping to SILCONE the massive gaps he was leaving behind- i could literrally fit my finger through the haps. When asked to fix it, he got rude and argumentative. Would not recommend at all
