tasked Sarah with cleaning a property we were moving into and was empty of all furniture as it has not been lived in for 18 months, my wife is a deep cleaner in the NHS so we knew what we should expect, we even paid extra to have carpets shampooed even though we new marks would not come out but wanted it freshened up before we moved our furniture in. as buyers of property we were not allowed the keys to do it ourselves so we passed job to sparkles. Well for £280 I don't think anything was touched other than our bank balance, not a sign of cleaning anywhere. This service could only be classed as a rip off and I would advise that you do not use this company as when you complain they ignore you. well sorry Sarah but being the sellers solicitor was paying as part of the contract I am sure they will shortly be seeing you in court Service: Deep clean

Sarah approached me, then was unresponsive and came across unreliable and unprofessional. Website doesn't offer jobs and should be changed to reflect covid situation, it's misleading so not worth your time. They approached me first, and then didn't follow through. I heard nothing. I understand due to covid there are restrictions but she offered me a quote and was very rude. I wanted a provisional quote should things go back to normal. Better cleaners out there willing to work hard at such a difficult time for businesses. Avoid and give the others with a better attitude a chance with their livelihoods.

Never turned up for the appointment, answered the phone and then put the phone down on me. After that wasn’t answering my calls, didn’t text me back. Very childish behavior. Very professional - NOT. You should be ashamed. No wonder you have such a low score as you are totally pathetic!

Don't bother...they let you down 5 minutes before they are supposed to show. I booked well in advance as I had visitors coming and I had booked a day off to sort the house and cook and I can't do as much due to being pregnant. I got an email 5minutes before saying they can't make it (not even a phone call). The reason was due to one of their cleaners children having chicken pox, which is fair enough, but no alternative offered for the day.
