Friendly, encouraging running club. I got to know it through taking my kids along to the thriving juniors section then started running with the club myself. The training sessions are set up so that you can take part and benefit whatever your pace. Opportunities to run in races alongside other local clubs for those that want to, and to socialise.

A fantastic club, encouraging and inspiring members of all levels and abilities. I joined as a ‘plodder’ and have been motivated by the enthusiastic coaches. “Running is the greatest metaphor for life - because you get out of it what you put into it”!

Not happy with the encouragement from the main coach, he puts you down rather than pushing you to do your best
