This pharmacy deals with my mums prescriptions, Ali the manager is absolutely brilliant. He ensures my mother's meds are ready and delivered. Always willing to help, goes the extra mile. In a time where pharmacies are under alot of pressure, Ali and his staff always deliver an excellent service. Thank you guys for all your support. You are the forgotten heroes of the nhs who continue to work and be in the forefront of this crises. Take care, stay safe and thank you for everything you have done for my mum.

Before I start would like to say staff are always friendly But you take a prescription in and you never get it in full always something missing or we owe you this and that. They promise to bring it but never on the time they give you. A Prescriptions for my partner who is bed bound and paralyzed from neck down. I gave it them on 26 of Sept They gave me a weeks supply of tablets and said the rest will follow in few days it is now 16 October still not had the rest of her tablets. I have just been to fetch them for her as not delivered as promised last week . And they still can not supply them to me . They are now blaming the Doctors .But doctors gave me the prescriptions and i handed to them so who is to blame. Very quick to call me in there little office so other customers do not hear me complain but enough is enough She needs her medication and i will do what ever i have to to get it for her .They need to be careful one day they do no kill someone keeping them waiting for medication . I have been warned by other people and medical staff and Constantly hear from people and Neighbors in my area that there service is abysmal and i am now seeing what they mean . Will definitely be last time i use them and will be advising others not to as well.
