    Love street food? Want to try a different dining experience? Check out SPARK: York! This is a fantastic experience for foodies and anyone else wanting to try a new form of dining, right in the centre of York. Ostensibly an outdoor dining area surrounded by converted shipping containers with street food vendors, SPARK is a great dining environment. Simply scan the QR code from the posts around the picnic table dining area (which is covered and heated), and you’ll be taken to the web app to order your food. Each vendor has their own unique menu, but your food and drinks will be delivered directly to your table. There’s something available for most people, from burgers and pizzas to Greek dishes, and even southeast Asian cuisine. A large bar is found upstairs above the courtyard, where the toilets are also located. For added safety the site has security staff to manage access. Though the courtyard is covered and has space heaters available, it is still technically outdoors so it’s best to wear something warmer if you’ll be visiting on a cool/cold day or later at night during warmer weather.
