With the stress and excitement of moving a young adult into the University of Birmingham in September 2022, staying at 9 Park Mews, Selly Oak was absolutely stress-free! It is a beautifully maintained, and well presented two bedroom Mews in a perfect location. It has fully working WiFi, a smart television (we did not watch television, too busy exploring lovely Birmingham). It is very well equipped, spotless and clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are super comfy! Check in and check out was no problem and although we did not need to call on Milan (as everything went so well!) I am sure he would respond immediately. A fantastic Indian restaurant although 20 - 25 minutes drive away is Alleppey Boat. By far the best traditional Indian Restaurant! Thank you Milan for letting us stay in your beautiful home - I hope we can return there in the future? Christina Crick

Well what can I say about this property. My partner, my best friend and I travelled up to the area for a funeral of a very very good friend of ours. Were looking for a property to stay at within close proximity of the venues where the funeral was being held. We found this property online and decided to book. The location was very very quiet and peaceful. A little dark as there are no street lights on the little road where the property is. This, however did not impact our stay in any way shape or form. The property was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I would move in if I could!!!! The provisions were well thought out. The place was SPOTLESSLY clean and immaculate. Beds were sooo comfortable I struggled to wake up 😊. Everything was so beautifully presented and well thought through...from the kitchen equipment, bathroom provisions, as well as a proper hairdryer (not the pathetic mini ones hotels provide) and an ironing board and a fantastic decent Iron. The garden was simple, clean and inviting. Secluded, quiet, and an ample space. I cannot think of one thing I did not love about the place. The rain shower was ABSOLUTELY 💯 👌🏽. I didn't want to get out from under it...🤣🤣 I enjoyed every second of my short stay here. The hosts so obviously care immensely about their guests and having a lovely home away from our own homes. This is entirely obvious from the tremendous effort, care and love they put into the attention to the perfect details within the property and its cleanliness and lovely presentation. I would like to thank the hosts for their support in giving us all the information they provided when we asked questions about the area as none of us had ever travelled to this area. I can honestly say with my hand on my heart...I would defo recommend anyone to stay at this perfect home. I have NEVER been so happy to walk into a place I will be staying away from home. I would come here again and again if the need ever arose again. One thing I will point out the has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with the hosts or property. When driving toward the small road the house is situated on drive slower when the satnav says turn left/right as you could miss the turning...the road is not obvious from the main road. Not such a negative thing...it indicates how much peace and quiet you will experience when staying here. This place is perfection at its finest. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!! ❤️

Lovely, clean and spacious house. Very well equipped with dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, washing up liquids etc and toiletries in the bathroom which was not expected but appreciated! Host was very helpful and thoughtful. If we return to the area we will remember this property.

Great little place, nice area for lengthy walks. Comfortable inside and outside. Perfect for our needs. The host was responsive to our messages and occasionally dropped a line to see if we need anything. We felt very comfortable and like at home. Would recommend.
