Constantly have to chase where they are at on any repairs. Asked them a quote for parts and minor repairs in the past. Never got any call even though they promised me too. Recently my car alternator broke down and my breakdown insurance asks me to get a quote for that part, battery and belt and again had to chase them for 2 weeks, to just hear that they « ran » a diagnostic on my car, having engine problems. They had to provide a quote to my insurer anyway which obviously never did, tell me to do it but never giving me the quote. They lack of seriousness and I seriously don’t recommend for any kind of repair that has be done on a timely manner. I am utterly gutted they are the closest garage to my home because it would have been convenient if they were serious.

I have been using this garage for the past 2 years, by chance I found them and although they are a 15 minute drive away i wouldn't ever go anywhere else again. Firstly to go in as a female and feel 100% comfortable and confident is massively important to me and so the fact that all staff are female is hugely appealing to me and even more so everyone is so lovely. I have in the past compared quotes given by this business against various others and I have found that they are the most valuable for money. After a failed mot at kwik fit 3 days ago I decided to go to spanners with manners once again just to see and of course the garage were able to save me literally hundreds of pounds. Thanks ladies for instilling my trust once again in mechanics. Services: Exhaust, Brakes, Wheel alignment, Transmission, Transmission repair
