Rude security staff that does not speak spanish, make you wait and skip people in front even if they have a later appointment just because I asked the front door security to have their SIA badge on display at all times as they look like an ordinary person.

(Translated by Google) The consulate is a permanent disappointment, we usually only hold officials responsible, but today the Consul stood out among the rest. The electoral board sent us the documentation to vote by mail or do it at the consulate and the last day to vote was today. I went to the consulate and I remember that I had to attach a copy of my ID and the nearest stationery is Ryman, 10 minutes from the consulate. I arrive at 1:04 p.m. and they inform me that the polls have closed. I tell them that it cannot be possible that they close so early on the last day of voting and they tell me that it was on the web (at this time more people were arriving to find the same surprise). The communication from the electoral board gives detailed information on processes and places to vote as well as where to download them in case the ballots do not arrive, they did not inform us that we should consult the respective websites for voting hours. And of course, if we go at 6:00 p.m., we can also think that the logical minimum is that they were open following the opening hours (2:30 p.m.) we can think that it may be closed but it was 1:00 p.m. In the end, as a delegate from a party that arrived "late" let us in and the consul explained to us that the polls were closed and that we should have consulted the web. Among his phrases full of "empathy", "common sense" and "respect for the citizen", he told us that we had had several days that it had closed even at 6 and that we had been able to vote by mail, when I explained that I had come from far away and I usually work until weekends, which was frustrating that the consulate always didn't take people into account and he responded with a "careful, he's talking to the Consul"... no comments... what can you say to a person who from his privilege and his "superiority" does not feel like a server? One of the officials tried to explain that they needed time to organize the documentation. In the end I put a claim sheet and several people followed me at the insistence of the officials that the information was on the web. And since I had time to consult the websites of different Spanish consulates around the world, I was able to verify that Paris closed today at 7:00 p.m., Frankfurt at 5:00 p.m., Bogota at 5:00 p.m.... So today is absolutely inadmissible. And I hope that the people who have gone through this today will express themselves, because it was an outrage and a violation of electoral rights and far from trying to explain and understand that something bad had happened, they delegated all the responsibility to us without assuming any of them, The attitude of the consul is especially unfortunate and, of course, it is inadmissible that they close before their normal hours on the last day of elections in a country like England.

(Translated by Google) The few times I have asked them for something have been resolved efficiently. One was to renew my ID and another, to get an electronic certificate. Because of me I have been influenced by so many bad opinions, most of them possibly false. And I was already conditioned thinking that they were going to jump me from the queue but it has not been like that. They have treated me very kindly and I want to launch a spear in their favor. Have a nice day.
