Span Roofing was recommended to us by Metrotile, the tile supplier. A director of the company visited our site to quote for a full roof replacement. Initially they were helpful, consultative (hence two stars) but then dragged their feet on the quote, giving excuses initially (“busy week”) and eventually ghosted altogether – a behaviour one associates with casual dating, not professional services. Overall, a waste of our time. I realise perhaps we were ultimately unimportant to the company but still the courtesy of a reply would have closed the matter and averted this poor review. Perhaps they are good at roofing if you actually get to use them, but our experience suggests one to avoid if you value your time. Service: Roof repair

Agreed to have my roof replaced by them, start date was continually delayed by them. After calling them several times, I gave up trying and went elsewhere after 6 months of waiting. They require you to sign a form saying that you agree that they will do the work and that you won't go somewhere else but they don't honour it. Also heard that they managed to set fire to a premise while replacing a roof.

Never used them, however if they work like they drive I wouldn't trust them with a bargepole. Tailgated on M5, undertook at speed, and then continued to tailgate and intimidate others who were driving safely and following the speed limit. Avoid.
