Awful group booking it took an hour to get starters out then two hours from arriving for mains , not many tables ! So obv cannot cope with a group booking , When arrived two lasagne were burnt and dry , two main courses were given to different people then when we alerted them to the situation they were swapped ! When one had taken a bite out of theres - Pork really was bland awful as was the veal all cold. Dessert came at 11.30 far too late when we told them some people needed to go, so they missed the dessert. They asked for the lasagne at least to be taken off the bill . Refused an offered a drink ! So won’t be returning . Poor service .

We dined at Spaghetti Tree last night for a birthday celebration of 5 people, I can’t fault the food, it was very good, What I am disappointed about is the time we ate, I booked for 7.45pm and out mains came out close to 9.45pm, far too late in my opinion, This was due to a super big table of around 25+ people celebrating another birthday, It was a shame that due to this large party the kitchen was obviously stretched to the max and therefore other diners meals were compromised due to the very long wait, Spoilt the evening for us :(

I never look for perfection, I look for real customer service. I asked for an apperol spritz, and it was flat, asked for a glass of Prosecco to try and fix it, and it was flat. Then I explained it to a waiter, they took away the spritz, got a fresh one and a glass of bubbly and it was amazing, what a come back! Food is amazing 10/10 Could even wait to finish my meal.
