I was in need to to buy a capacitor for my hot tub and came across Spafix who were extremely helpful over the phone. They asked me to take a picture to ensure I got the correct item. I went to collect the item, and the Spafix team were so knowledgeable, professional and actually cared about me as a customer. They answered every question I had with a great solution and I felt valued. I wish I had bought my hot tub from them in the first instance, rather than online through a company that don’t care. I will be using Spafix in the future for all my hot tub needs. I would recommend Spafix to anyone. Thank you for your time.

Purchased a spar last year from sparfix Great quality and great service Had a small issue today one year later. Carl helped me over the phone sorted the issue out . Then he sent two of his men out to check everything was ok. Fantastic customer service

The tubs are worth every penny; they're robust, stylish and of great quality. Have been really impressed with SpaFix since February. The fitting of the unit was done in horrific weather and quite challenging but went well and the after sales service has been excellent. Personally I'd recommend the contract to keep the tub in the best condition.
