All my questions via phone and emails have been answered fairly quick. The customer service is patient and kind. Received reminder the day before delivery and also driver called me 30min before he arrived. That’s very nice! The website is easy to use. Easy to place order, book redelivery with clear price. The price is fair and provide free box. For the collection and redelivery, I have an fabulous experience with Dan. Dan is very kind, helpful. Help me move some heavy boxes! Very appreciate that.

Spaceways has suprised me so much. Not only they collected and delivered the boxes on time, but also they were so kind and patient with me. They answered the phone very quickly, responded to whats app messages immediately and the driver was amazing. he waited until he found a slot to park then wentt and collected my stuff although i was not present there. AMAZING

Spaceways was amazing! They made it so easy, I needed to store boxes just for a month between moving houses, and this service was perfect. Dan, the driver, did two pickups as my flat, and was so friendly and efficient. He handled all my things with care and gave me tips on how to best pack odd shaped items. Best moving experience I’ve had. Joley in the front office was great at helping me coordinate two pickups and flexible with date changes. 5 stars!

So far so good. I will update the review upon delivery. Dan was the driver who was sent and I’ve never been more surprised about how good the service was from a company- so patient and friendly. I had thought to do it myself and put my belongings in a storage facility, but the small extra cost of how accessible spaceways was,- providing boxes of really great size & a seamless delivery & collection was so valuable. No doubt will I be using these services again in the future.

Quick and convenient. - during lock-down the pick-up came within a couple days since booking the service; - everything happened super quick and I did not have to think about my boxes until I needed them back; - collection also happened super quick and all my items were in the condition I sent them. They were delivered to my new address so I did not need to worry about transport either. Would use again if I need temporary storage.
