Do not buy this product. Was suppose to come with a vacuum and camera. Did not. Once arrived was told vacuum did not come with the kit. I find it very strange that the manufactures competition is selling the entire kit including a 250 cfm Vacuum, camera with recorder, and the 40 ft of poles and tools for the same price spacevac is only selling the tools for. Was told a vacuum of 140 cfm was strong enough to handle 40ft of pole. This is incorrect.. don't waste your time with this product or company

Having got in contact with Rob from sales to express my interest in the universal system I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to not be inundated with high pressure sales strategies. No pun intended. Having outlined my requirements I was met with potential solutions. I found Rob very personable and professional so without concern I booked a demonstration of the kit I was interested in. He knew his product well and answered all my questions with ease. The unit I am looking at does come at a premium and with that in mind I will not be rushing in just yet but if and when I do I will be more than happy to work with Rob
