I made it clear that I want my contract to be June only and I was sent an invoice. Without realizing it, they had put start date for May so when I made the payment I got charged for May and June without my request. After me calling and emailing their customer service numerous times and explaining to every single person what had happened and that the mistake was from their side and not mine and giving them evidence of all the email conversations - they came back and said they have looked into things and realize that there is a mistake but for them to refund me for May they need me to pay yet again for full June (this would have been second time) as according to their policy they can't any other way refund me besides charging me again and then changing my contract. I of course declined as there was no trust left that they would get my money back or sort the issue. Will be using my June contract but can't wait to not have to deal with them again.

Terrible Spaces location. Opening hours are supposed to be from 8:30am to 5pm, however nobody is never at reception at 8:30am, and even if the receptionist already arrived you will be lucky if you don’t have to wait for at least 5 minutes to get into the building. In the last two months WIFI hasn’t been working two times during the entire day so I had to go home because the only proposed solution was to go to a different location and I was in the middle of a meeting! Also, I was kicked out once because the receptionist had to go somewhere at midday. They promised a price and then they started charging more. I cannot recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a coworking space.

Moved to Angel from Spaces Victoria and amazing the transition has been amazing bubbly front-house team. Claudia, Ashton and Stacey always brighten our day. The offices are sound proof and the communal areas are gorgeous and very spacious. The place is kept clean and doesn’t seem over crowded. The move has been a great company decision for us.
