The office itself is okay however the building management that the office is located is in terrible. The building is suppose to be 24/7 access, however on weekends you have to rely on the 1 security guy to let you in and out and some times he's not even there, leaving you locked out. They charge you £250/month for parking which is also meant to be 24 hour access but they close the car park on weekends. They do this because they don't want to hire extra security for the weekend.

A great place to work. Saira on reception is so helpful, she knows the place inside out and nothing is too much for her. She is professional and friendly, and she runs the place like clockwork. I actually thought she was the manager until somebody told me she wasn't, and i was shocked as i didn't know who the actual manager was, maybe Saira should be promoted !!!!

Undoubtedly amazing place and nice professional environment but the only reason I'm giving 5 star is because of Saira. I'm working there and can clearly see the difference when Saira is not around or on leave. She is perfect in every little thing and does way more than any of the managers even. I was surprised when I got to know she is not the manager. She definitely is the face of Spaces.

I’m an ex-client of spaces Parkroyal and I just want to say it was an amazing working environment . I really enjoyed my time there. There was a member of staff there called Saira who in particular was really good and always went out of her way to help. She was amazing when it came to helping us network and would always go the extra mile to connect clients who would potentially need each others services with each other. It’s only now after reading all these reviews that I’ve realised she isn’t the manager as I always assumed she was. She really is the face of spaces in Park Royal and she was obviously doing more than whoever the actual managers were because everyone I spoke to thought she was the manager. All in all it was an amazing experience and Sarai should definitely be the manager

I have worked with in these office for at least 5 years and the management have always been bad, then along came Saira who is Amazing and should be management, she does all the jobs of the management and when something needs doing its always Saira that gets it sorted all the others say they will sort it but I never see a result, in my opinion Saira should be promoted to manager ASAP to give the place some organisation.
