    oh my god NEVER EVER SIGN UP! I signed up for 10 days notfiying the agent who did it for me that i do not leave in the UK and in 8 days i leave. I payed around 80£! Now i received a 1000 £ receipt that they claim I owe them! When I dont even live in Uk or used the facilities only 3 times in the 10day plan! I called them emailed them they say i need to pay. DISGUSTING TEAM DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Office and work spaces are nice, and clean, and bright. Staff at the front desk are lovely! However, and it's a big however, this building, for whatever reason, has no microwaves. So prepare to buy food daily or eat cold food.

    WRONG BILLING & WORST SYSTEM! Please read all reviews before making your decision to signing a contract with Spaces or Regus. We ended our contract with them 2 months ago and we keep receiving wrong billing charges. Also, we discovered this week that there was an account linked to our company that was getting billed, while we did not have any visibility of it through their system - i.e. we are getting billed for an active ghost account. Worst experience with an office management solution. Avoid them!

    Such a scam. The office team is friendly. That is about it. Their IT services are TERRIBLE. Expect to lose a ton of time because nothing is working. They say they have a quiet area and delete it overnight with 0 NOTICE. You end up with a subscription you are paying for but cannot use ( I had taken a membership to use this quiet area). They require two months of payment before you can finally cancel your subscription (current month + one month's notice). The office in Fitzrovia is even worst: constant background music (it feels like you are in an airport), people shouting on calls as if they were alone.
