Absolutely terrible experience. Was told work would be completed in a day. Two months down the line, they have been back and forth four times because they keep forgetting to bring the parts! It’s like anytime you ask them for something it’s a chore. They will push you to the easiest solution for them. I do not understand the difference between them and IKEA for ten times the price. Pay the extra or do it yourself.

The quality of their products is not great and has deteriorated over the years. As an example we purchased fitted wardrobes and drawers in 2021 and less than a year later the handles had started to fall off the drawer runners faulty. Their customer services is also rather poor and are slow to respond. We are still waiting for them to repair the drawers although we contacted them nearly 2 months ago. Avoid

I had spacemaker come and do a design for my daughters room they were efficient and made the process very easy from start to finish. They added in exactly what we needed for a small room that had no storage. They fitted it within couple weeks and was done in couple hours. The finish of the wardrobes were exceptional and exactly what we wanted. I am now booking my other daughters room as Spacemaker made this simple and gave us exactly what we asked for.
