This is review of using the facility for a birthday party.. I have to say that unfortunately my experience was not very positive. Firstly when I booked the party, it was not written down, hence on the day when I turned up with guests, balloon etc had the panic of not being allowed in.. as although I had paid, the booking had not been written down, hence not recorded so please check. I even called to confirm numbers 2 days before and was said that my booking was confirmed, still had a panic on the day. The sessions themselves are 2 hrs long, and the venue sticks to those times like clockwork.. it felt like I was on a timer, not a relaxed or fun experience, I was constantly being asked and rushed about the food, cutting the cake and finally to leave the venue as soon as possible. The food given to the children was not enough, small plltes, quality is as expected.. for £16.80 not a cost effective. Please bear the above in mind before booking, I will probably go back for play but not for a party again.

It's incredible. It is easily the best place I have taken my daughters too they absolutely love it. There is an area for small children and then they have a big play area for bigger kids. Obviously they do food aswell which is always a bonus

We have been to this place 4-5 times. We booked the place for parties and they gave us free entry in return for another time. Play areas are clean. A lot of area to sit for for parents. Food is alright too and staff members are amazing.
