    I've been based out of Space282 Nelson Street since the doors were opened late 2018. Originally had a one person office but upgraded to a 3-4 person office earlier this year, absolutely love it. If you're starting - or in the beginning phase of running - a business then I highly recommend checking this place out as you do have that ability to move up (hotdesk > private desk > serviced office) and the flexibility to do just that. All under one bill, no sneaky service charges or business rates, energy/internet bills etc, so it's very clear cut financially and you know you aren't going to be stung with any surprise charges - the thought of which alone can bring about a crushing anxiety when you're just starting out in business! As for location, I truly believe there isn't a nicer part of south Essex than the conservation area of Southend. Nelson Street was actually the original high road of Southend back in the Victorian era and so filled with character, sash windows and lined with gorgeous vast trees. A minutes walk from the top promenade with it's views, another minute along is Prittlewell Square (my favourite place, google it, it's just gorgeous). Then of course, 2 minutes from Southend Central station, 10 from Southend Victoria, 5 from Southend Bus Centre - perfect. If you're wondering wether it's time to get out of the dining room/garage then I'd implore you to call up and come and take a look around, it may just be the best thing you've ever done.

    Fantastic location for work outside of the city. A bright, modern space that not only inspires work but encourages networking between a whole host of different people. From digital marketers to brokers, the space is welcoming to everybody. Both the Leigh-on-sea and Southend office are easily accessible and a stone throw away from some amazing lunch spots! Definitely recommend their "coffee lounge" package to people like me, people that are desperate to escape the home office!

    Been working from this office for around 3 weeks now. Very good / Spacious place to work. Prime spot in Southend close to the High Street and Train Stations. Would recommend to anyone wanting to work away from the distractions of your own home.
