Helpful staff generally and guides you well. The booking system is good and as a result there is hardly a queue though sometimes the staff at the entrance is unaware of dealing with customers. I went a day earlier for one of my bookings and only found it out at the entrance. I politely requested to use my booked slot and I took the time to get stuff into the car and there is literally no one else at the entrance but I was told that if he let me go in then I'll be given a ticket. It made no sense at all so I left without any further arguments. Staff at other times have let me in previously if I am early or late to my booking times.

Very organised now that you need to book in advance. The staff also seem much more friendlier when you engage with them but otherwise appear very hawkish watching you with beady eyes in case you suddenly throw something in the wrong place or bring anything chargeable. Only suggestion for improvement would be that it remain open later than 3pm.
