Staff were really attentive, a lady yesterday took the time to help me find a match for my skin colour without me even asking and gave me a little tester to see if it would work for me. She also offered me advice on other products that were really helpful. Will be returning.

I just wanted to write in about my experience a couple of weeks ago in store in Winchester. I have to admit - I usually get quite nervous when I am approached in store, especially when I'm in a store selling makeup as I have no idea what I'm doing with makeup despite being 32 years old. However, Viv was excellent at not only realising that I'm a bit nervous, but also knowing when I had eased a bit in store and when the right time to approach me was and how best to approach me. She was so welcoming, approachable, helpful and kind and really is an asset to the team there. She was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She talked me through options, she made me feel beautiful both with and without any of the products on and made the whole experience the best that I've had in any store selling skincare products and makeup. She spoke so well of the company as well, which I absolutely loved.

Disappointing customer service. Lack of knowledge by staff and then the girl that was serving me wandered off- on looking for her she came back with her coat on went to the front desk talked to her colleagues and when I questioned what she was doing said I’m going on my break. Absolutely disgusted that she thought this was ok. Won’t go again- awful experience and wasn’t made to feel welcome at all.

I've now been a few times and will never go anywhere else! The staff are some of the best in any beauty boutique - they go above and beyond and it's nice that that it shows how much they really enjoy working there which is a huge bonus for me 🙂

Staff member extremely rude and I will never step foot in this store again. Popped in to try some men's aftershave as a friend recommended a brand they sell. Was approached by a women who asked if she could help. I replied that I was interested in a particular Oud which to my shock she replied, 'Well you would, it costs £250 a bottle.' Very condescending and I'm not quite sure what she was insinuating but I felt very disrespected. Unfortunately didn't catch her name as I walked straight out but she needs to learn customer service or find a new career.

I recently visited the Winchester store on Saturday 1st October. Myself and three friends were looking around the shop. Five minutes in my friend approached me very upset. She overheard and saw a member of staff pointing at me and saying I wouldn’t be buying anything so no point asking how I am. I was absolutely disgusted! Every member of staff that was in that day had a rude unfriendly face, young and judgemental with no life skills. They stood in a circle talking making customers feel uneasy. I would not spend money in this store.

Very attentive staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble when I popped in on a busy Saturday morning. The fab staff even entertained my little girls whilst I had my colour matched. Looking forward to popping back for my makeup top-ups. Two awful experiences. One a few years ago where head office had to compensate me. Second occasion happened very recently (March 2020). The staff were so rude, including the manager, I had to phone customer services outside the shop. The management are so rude it’s not worth going in, they’ll be sarcastic and you’ll be thinking about it for the rest of the day. That said, there’s a really sweet young girl working in there who is delightful. Voting with my feet, not ever going back.
