Good place to go for all your beauty needs. Staff go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Some good quality products under one roof, and you can try them on. Collect orders in-store is available and easy to do. Don’t forget the Loyalty card, it’s so worth it!

Stop by here to pick up last minute things as it’s very nearby and staff are always friendly and helpful. If they’re ever out of something they always offer to have it sent to my home next day. They also have a good loyalty program and I seem to always have £5 off!

I was excited to spend my voucher which was given as a Christmas present. I decided to purchase the Sunday Riley CEO vitamin c moisture rich face cream, after reading promising reviews online. I purchased it in the Westbourne Grove store. When I got home and opened the cream, the cap which protects the cream and sits underneath the lid had leaked a strange substance. The colour and smell was different to the actual texture and consistency of the cream. I called the Space NK customer service number found online, however no one picks up the phone. I emailed instead and was told I could get a refund or exchange in store. This was already an inconvenience for me as I do not live anywhere near a Space NK store. So I had to travel all the way to one of their stores to see if I could get an exchange. The store I travelled to was the one on Regent Street. The woman who served me (assistant manager) said the whole batch was faulty. The woman said she'd found one that looked OK, however I was not prepared to take this risk. After all, its not a cheap product so I decided to get a refund. I'm so disappointed and annoyed. Space NK aren't all they're cracked up to be unfortunately 😕 or at least in my experience.
