This was my first time in this particular Space NK. I was greeted with a very smiley girl who asked if I needed any help. After browsing I was assisted by one of the assistant managers who was equally friendly and very knowledgeable. I purchased a few suggested products and she even gave me a generous sample of I foundation to try out. Fantastic customer service I shall defenatly return

I'd like to express my gratitude to assistant manger, who works at the shop in St Albans. My skin had gotten so bad that I had lost a lot of confidence, so I came in in a bit of a state. She was extremely helpful and aided me two weeks ago in determining which skin care routine and products would best help me clear my skin. Providing me with recommendations for products to use in my daily skin care routine. I wanted to see if my skin would clear up and if the products would work before writing a review. To her detriment my skin has cleared and feels so smooth. The compliments I've received from friends and colleagues have greatly boosted my confidence, and I've recommended that they visit SpaceNK St Albans and ask for the assitant manager because the service and knowledge she provided was exceptional.
