Was racially profiled by manager Alexia, who was aggressive, rude, and even got physical towards me, yanking my phone out of my hands when I tried calling customer services to lodge a formal complaint, as Alexia refused to give me the items I had already paid for. Absolutely horrific. Will be pursuing further action but meanwhile absolutely advise all avoid.
