    It was my first time visiting a Space NK store, I normally shop online so I was very excited to go in, My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, and asked if we needed any help. I was after a texture spray that I hadn't purchased online for a while so I couldn't remember the name. Jessica was absolutely superb! My phone didn't want to load the website so Jessica got it up on her screen and let me have scroll until I found what I was looking for. They had none out on the shelves and was out of stock online, but she went out the back regardless and had a look for me and found one. I was over the moon. She then signed me up with Space NK so I could collect points (thought I was signed up but never was) and took her time with me, wonderful service. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be coming in again. Thank you!

    Great range of products however my customer service experience will prevent me from visiting again. The member of staff who approached me was very disinterested, didn't seem to know the what was on the shelves and dismissed the budget I told them. I felt like I was being laughed at and was a mere sales target.

The lovely blonde lady who served me was very knowledgeable and helpful and I came away with a few generous testers to try from my favourite brand. Will definitely be back!

    I’ve always enjoyed going to the SpaceNK store in Tunbridge Wells. Unfortunately the last few times I’ve been in, I’ve been treated really poorly by one member of staff whose name I don’t know. She has long blond hair, hard to say much else at the moment with masks on but she always has that the attitude that she can’t be bothered and doesn’t want to be there. I can’t believe how rude she is! I asked for help about buying a shampoo, and said ‘excuse me’ to which she snapped ‘what’ as though I was bothering her. She then continued to snap at me very aggressively whenever I asked a question about something, didn’t actually give me any information or help about products and didn’t help me sort out my points on my Indulge card. I was so stunned I didn’t even know how to respond to her. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and unfortunately as much as I love SpaceNK as a brand and might continue to buy online, I will not be going back to this store due to this one rude employee. I would avoid at all costs unless you want a very negative experience. SpaceNK, please consider monitoring customer experiences and employing accordingly. You’re losing loyal customers.

    I went into this store today on my day off, absolutely fantastic service by the lovely ladies who served me today, even welcoming and looking after my dog as I was purchasing/ browsing products, fantastic customer service, not nasty, snooty or rude like other establishments within tunbridge wells,i will totally be back, based on the customer service alone, let alone the products what you stock !!! Thank you
