I just went into the store on regent street and was specifically looking for a few products, one of which was a cleansers. None of the sales assistance came up to help me. So I looked for the cleanser in a drawer. I was told to not look in the drawer but not offered any help or shown any other cleansers, the assistant just walk away. I then over heard a sales assistant say in my ear shot we have the CCTV running don’t we. I felt they were insinuating that me and my friend were going to steal. It made me extremely uncomfortable so I end up only buying one product. I won’t be returning to that branch again.

I came here to get an exchange for a faulty product which I purchased in the Westbourne Grove store. The product is the Sunday Riley CEO vitamin c moisture rich face cream. It turns out all the same stock in this store is faulty too 🙈 I was told this by the assistant manager who served me. What an absolute waste of my time and money travelling to these stores when the whole Sunday Riley line seems to be fairly. So disappointed! Needless to say I opted for a refund!
