Shop assistant with over inflated lips extremely rude giving dirty looks and my friend asked for help regarding a lipstick and she just said “go to rare beauty” but was helping other customers in great depth and going out her way to help them, either she though we couldn’t afford the products or it was the fact my friend was a different race. Would never recommend this place because of her disgusting snobby attitude. Why do these people look down on customers when they are more than likely on the minimum wage, you’re not above anyone sweetheart :)

This is the second time I have entered this store and I would not make the same mistake again. You’re store is so unwelcoming is bizarre. I wasn’t greeted by the lady standing at the door. Nor offered any help when looking at products. I could hear loud and clearly a full blown personal conversation your team was having. I love your products and buy a lot from your Marylebone branch. I will not be attending this branch again

Mom just got a unauthorized charge from this company She has never been outside of the U.S. how can this company be temporarily close yet today 03/18 a charge was made🤣🤣. Some shady stuff is going on. But the scammers won’t win today.
