Unfortunately I have had a series of bad experiences in this store. The location is very convenient, however more than one member of staff is very rude ongoing. To the extent they should be fired because it’s creating a bad atmosphere for customers. They don’t ask if you need any help, they behave as though it’s a massive effort to do anything when the store is pretty empty, there are never any samples available. Even for New Launch products to try in-store. Also frequently the case no samples when you purchase products. I highly advise a new hiring process. It’s reached the point where I would rather not buy things when I need them and wait in order to avoid the bad service experience in this store >>> Hire staff that want to deal with customers and treat them decently. Not those that clearly hate the company and the job.

Went in there in early Dec 2022 and was extremely disappointed. Staff was rude to my mum (who is not a native speaker of English), left us waiting for a very long time and there was a clear difference in the treatment of other customers. Sad as my mum was really looking forward to buying a CC cream. When the lady finally decided to "help" us, she refused to open another tester for us or even suggest other shades - all the while being rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but won't be going there again.

Just popped in to look at the candle to kill some time while waiting for my sister, A sales lady was staring so hard felt really uncomfortabe and had to leave. Then wanted outside where she contued to stare at me. Have purchased about 3 candle in the past as presents not cheap but will be going else.

Great store and great service. I went in for new skincare after pregnancy and had no idea what I needed. I would have not know where to begin with the overwhelming amount of products. I chatted with Suzie and she has explained everything to help me figure out what to buy. She was super helpful, asked me all the questions, very knowledgeable and stunning (clearly looks after her skin and knows what she's doing). I love all of my new skincare.

Upon arrival I asked for help to be met with a rude sa who looked me up and down then said I’m serving you will have to wait !! I was absolutely shocked I went over to the till to wait for another free lady and thankfully I was served by marianne who was adorable We spent 3 times as much but i honestly didn’t mind as she was just lovely. The blonde lady is Definately in the wrong job

I don’t really shop in Space NK but had received a present which wasn’t suitable so went in to exchange it. The loveliest person assisted me, young dark haired with maybe Indian or other Asian ethnicity. She had all the patience is the world whilst quickly and expertly showed me multiple products after the one I was looking for wasn’t in stock. I left very very happy and will defiantly be visiting again. Please hold on to that team member as it’s very hard to find women who can relate to dark skin make up and the struggles we have. Representation matters.
