I came to the Harrogate branch with a friend on the 14/05/22, maybe about 2ish. One of the items I wanted was a Kevyn Aucoin blusher but I couldn’t find it on the shelf. A young assistant who was new offered to help and went to the till area to ask another assistant (manager?) where she might find it. The older woman was too busy gossiping with another customer or friend to even acknowledge that the young girl needed help. I did several laps of the shop while I waited but in the end feeling ignored I left. I don’t know if they are on commission but they lost a sale in excess of £100 on that occasion.

Excited to visit - disappointed I was ignored. After not travelling far from home to shop for new make up I was excited to be visiting SpaceNK Harrogate. The aroma as you walked in made me look forward to seeing and trying all those lovely brands that I could only previously browse on the internet. However, there were only two girls working that day and after spending almost 40 minutes waiting to speak to one of them I went out of the shop and had lunch - hoping that when I returned after lunch I would get some professional advice and guidance. I was wrong - still only two girls working and neither acknowledged my presence (even if was to say I will be with you as soon as I can)! I left the store really disappointed.
