    A really nice shopping experience, costumer service was attentive and not pushy. They had lots of products, everything you need make up and especially skincare wise. Dogs are also welcome, this is helpful when you quickly swing by!

    Rudest place I’ve been into, completely Ignored. I went in wanting to buy the new Byredo perfume (quite expensive) and I was just blanked by the women despite the fact I was there to do some serious damage on my card. Their manager needs to speak to them about doing the bare minimum.

    Not a good branch. They have 4 staff but only let in 2 customers at a time and staff just stand around chatting. Why not 3 staff / 3 customers at least.

    Customers not welcome! Security guard on door! Keeping the door LOCKED all the time! No touching! The guard was most reluctant to let me in, even though I could see they had only two customers inside, when their sign states maximum 3. After I waited there like a lemon, he finally, reluctantly unlocked the door, and proceeded to direct me straight to the hand sanitiser. An unwelcoming member of staff then asked me not to touch any goods! They might as well have a large sign up outside stating 'customers not welcome'. With over 60 million vaccine doses administered and over three quarters of the UK given a first dose, this behaviour towards customers does strike me as somewhat paranoid. They ought to recognise that the joy of being able to return to the shops is to be able to browse and potter about.
