I’ve been a SpaceNK customer for years, and this is the first branch I’ve been to where the staff were incredibly rude. I’d asked if they stocked a particular product (many branches do) and she said no. She didn’t even go to check on the stand, or on her computer (which is what happens in every other SpaceNK branch I’ve been to across London). This was my first visit to this particular branch, and I’d not looked at the reviews. I wish I had before making the trip, I can see why there are so many negative reviews about the attitude of the staff here.

Visited here numerous times and it’s always been a dreadful experience. The way the staff behave in this store is absolutely disgusting! I walked in and the lady standing by the door just looked me up and down, I had to say hello to her. They always make sure to give attention to the white customers, even though I was clearly looking and asking for help with something. I decided not to spend my money here and go elsewhere. If you’re a person of colour, go elsewhere as well.

I already had a bad experience in this store a few years ago and I got the same again. It's a retail store and they act like they're superior to you. If you are not part of the affluent Chelsea, the staff should still serve you. I had to ask for help and I'm sure I had a manager watching me test a blush and didn't ask if I needed assistance. However, I got to the till and she some how then serves me. Sorry but the Space NK staff need to be trained on what is customer service. It's appalling. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE VISITING A SPACE NK STORE!!!!!

If I could give this store a minus I would! I walked into this store with two others and was watched upon entrance by a female staff member with a terrible attitude which rallied fellow staff members to watch us. After being harassed a few times within minutes of walking in by staring staff members I went to speak with a polite staff member covering the Rose Inc. stand to ask about a product. I could hear the female staff member speaking to two security guards called into the store pointing at me and describing me loudly, whilst I was being spoken to about a product from another staff member. It was the most bizarre and unsettling experience! The female staff member was clearly having a terrible day and thriving from this power trip, the staff at this store need to spend more time replenishing mostly empty samples on the shop floor than projecting their own toxic insecurities onto paying customers. The staff are in dire need of training and not discriminatory profiling of innocent people simply walking into a store.

I rarely share reviews on google however the customer service in this particular branch is really quite awful, the staff don’t care one bit about assisting customers and clearly don’t know the first thing about makeup, fragrances or any of the brands which are stocked in space nk. The staff make you feel like they don’t want you in the store. After asking about a blush I got an abrupt reply that it has been discontinued. A complete lie as after I visited the NARS store just a few doors down I was told there are no plans to discontinue the product. Clearly the sales assistant just couldn’t be bothered to help with anything. I then collected the products I wanted from the display and went to check out, after standing at the till for over 5 mins with no one noticing I was waiting to pay a lady shouted at me ‘ is no one helping you’. This is just not the service you’d expect to receive no matter if you are spending 500£ or 1. I will not be returning to this particular store
