Wanted to buy a fragrance which cost £120 and they had no tester. The assistant was incredulous that I even had the temerity to request a tester. Some lame excuse that the company hadn’t sent them. One of the worst customer experience i have ever had. This is in complete contrast to the Space NK in The City. If you are selling expensive perfume you need testers like everywhere else.

I had never had a mini makeover before or been to a Space NK, but the staff were so welcoming - I felt very relaxed. Chloe was friendly and took on board that my preference was Kosas / clean brands due to a recent cancer experience. The concealer and foundation in particular are a perfect match. I love my new products and left feeling like I had the make up 'refresh' I wanted - thank you Chloe and the team! :-)

The staff at this store are so lovely, I don’t even know where to begin. The lady who served me was so friendly, we struggled to find a foundation for my skin-tone, and she really spent the time to find me one. It was a shame they didn’t have it in stock, but she managed to check availability on their system.

Most of the samples are empty, both for make up and perfumes. When I pointed it out the shop assistant only said she was sorry and didn't do anything, so I just left as everything I wanted at least to try, wasn't available.

First the staff is awesome. I went yesterday for a makeup and sadly it took five different brands to find a foundation that worked for me and wasn’t too light in color. I was there for so long I needed to use a restroom and they don’t have one. I had to go across to itsu and buy a water for the code. This is very inconvenient. Location has many brands however many colors and popular items are sold out. I looked very nice but over two hours is too long. I would shop here however the foundation issue just just too long. Loved how many lines they carried!

We visited London yesterday for a special occasion, I was so disappointed how one of the members of staff treated me, I was looking at the Sol janerio products one was open, so I sprayed it to smell thinking it was a tester, I then asked the member of staff if she had a new one we could buy she said no you opened that one that was new, I didn't do this at all it was then like she accused me of lying and walked Over to the tills and slagged me off to another member off staff infront of my husband who she clearly didn't realise we were together, so so Rude it was the most awful experience, she had a dark red ish type bob with badly bleached eyebrows and was quite young, I'll put that down to lack of experience in customer care

Went in at 6:30 today to browse, the staffs were very nice and sweet exceyfor the black guy who told me to hurry up because the store is closing soon, I had just gotten in, and the store is closing at 7:00pm and this was 6:30 pm. Extremely rude.
