    One of the best Space NK branches I have visited in London. Staff at this branch was helpful and nice, not every branch has staff like that. In the past I would not shop there because of how unwelcoming staff was. I was happy to find a branch with good people.

    I like the products and brands in this Space NK but like some others all of the 4 times I’ve been in, I have been completely ignored by staff. I know I’m not dressed in corporate attire or may not look a certain way but I do have money to spend. I should probably stop coming in honestly but it’s the nearest store to me. I always leave questioning what’s wrong with me.

    I went to collect an order this morning with my daughter in a buggy. The sales assistant completely disregarded me as I was waiting at the till. After realising I wasn’t leaving came over and was extremely abrupt and stuck up towards me. As soon as I collected my products she turned away and watched me struggle to open the door with my buggy. It was quite clear because I wasn’t looking smart enough I was treated of no importance. Will go to look fantastic in future . Really ruined my day.

    I don’t usually leave reviews but the experience I had this evening at the Cheapside store was quite poor in comparison to the usual customer service I experience there. The lady with reddish hair was lovely, and the security guard too however. I think the staff across the board at SPACENK need to remember that their the one biggest selling point is their more personal customer service experience, which seems to be lacking. I know front facing roles are hard on most days but a light tone and a smile goes a long way. You never know the sort of day someone’s had so your poor customer service could just be the cherry on top!
