Really friendly and helpful staff. I am starting again with makeup and asked what I'm sure were very silly questions but they answered and offered lots of tips while colour matching me. It can be intimidating going into a store like that not really knowing what you need but they put me at ease really quickly and made me feel more confident

Very bad experience in this Canary Wharf store - this is not the first time this has happened! The staff were busy chatting away, I indicated that I wanted help and they were very disinterested and continued their conversation. I eventually walked up to them and asked if they could help me colour match. They eventually (very reluctantly) came over to me but there was no sign of warm customer service and they were of no help anyway. After I found my colour, I asked if I could get the foundation, to which the woman never responded and just walked away whilst I was talking. I had to call after her to ask if I could grab my shade from the drawer! I walked out of there vowing to not go back!

The staff was not welcoming; we stood for 15 minutes asking for help no one came, and the staff wasn't busy. They didn't respect us as a customer, although we were polite. I don't know the reason for their actions; maybe because we are Arab. It’s the first time for us and the last time never again.

An absolute joke of a store - rude, unprofessional staff and none of the products were in stock. I went there to try out a few perfumes but none of them had samples i could try and all the perfumes were just empty bottles (not even anything to smell the scent - how are you meant to buy a perfume without smelling it? Hahaha) and when i questioned them about it they got very defensive and rude said it was because the samples get stolen and that i shouldn’t buy anything at the store if i wasn’t happy because their sales are fine 🤣 Whoever the manager/senior member of the of the store is - please train your staff properly so they learn the basics of how perfume sales actually works lol

Honestly the staff in here are so rude. They treat you differently depending on how wealthy you look. I have gone in looking smart and they will be all over me, I have gone in my gym kit and they treated me like I was scum of the earth. Won't be coming back

Staff need to be trained because they are extremely rude! People go to stores to have an experience, and if the staff is so condescending just for billing, I’m sure no one wants to return, allowing Sephora and other online stores to thrive.
