Both Angel and Tam were so helpful today, Angel assisted with finding mine and my 2 friends perfect foundation match! And gave me a makeover!! My friend accidentally got lipstick all over her sleeve, Tam spotted this & was such a gem in helping us remove the stains as much as possible! Both of the girls were so friendly & were amazing to talk to! So glad we were welcomed with amazing service.

Today I visited Space NK in Battersea and had quite a shocking experience. I came in to look at the rare beauty collection and was interrupted by a tall lady with black curly hair shouting at an unreasonable volume to another colleague across the store. I do not know why this was done in front of many customers. I was shocked to see such an unprofessional work environment. Other workers were pleasant and well mannered but this had definitely hindered my experience at this establishment and has me questioning on if I will return to this store.

Twice now I have been in and no staff engaged with me. It was not busy all and the staff were standing around. This time I was testing lipsticks on my hand, so clearly looking for a product but no one approached me. I even stood near the manager and he also did not acknowledge my presence. Decided to ask him if his staff are trained to not talk to the customers. Just got some blah blah blah.
