Space Invaders have just completed our loft conversion. We now have an amazing space which fits seamlessly into the existing first floor layout. The build was very efficient and all trades were friendly, professional and have carried out a high standard of work. The disruption to the rest of the house during the build was kept to a minimum and the finalising of getting the job signed off and finished was painless. We would definitely recommend Space Invaders.

We chose Space Invaders over the competition for few reasons. 1. Many companies outsource the job to a third party, so two neighbours can use the same company but have very different outcomes. Space Invaders assured us that everyone on the build works directly for them and this is what we found. All the guys turned up in Space Invaders vans, wearing Space Invaders gear, and seemed to live and breath the company. The neighbours commented regularly on the professionalism, politeness and helpfulness of everyone on the job. 2. From the onset talking to Greg we felt that Space Invaders understood that we did not want a standard box and would accommodate any quirks in the design. Again we were proved right. 3. Space Invaders were the only company that proposed multi layer foil insulation over standard board insulation. We have been in loads of hot lofts insulated with board insulation and felt that the foil/mineral wool combination that Space Invaders use would be better than board. Our loft was not an oven this summer, even on the hottest days. I am a DIYer and followed the guys closely throughout the build. Apart from the fact that they put up with me constantly peering over their shoulders (it was lockdown) and my endless questions, they did not appear to cut corners where and when I felt it would have been easy to do so. This must be why months later as I am writing this review, there are no cracks or problems. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Space Invaders and if I had to do this again would not hesitate to use them again.
