Super Staff! AND great prices with no hidden extra costs (not like some other unmentionable storage companies in the area). Staff were SO supportive, proactive and helpful! they told me that the free pick up included loading my stuff into their van. it was not true - the guy that came in the van, did not do much job, i had to carry my stuff with a friend into the van. of course, i did not expect this so i was dissapointed by their attitude. after several weeks i got an email with the invoice. i replied - i have a direct debit, its paid through it. later i got a call- i needed to pay. i told i had given you my card for direct debit and i had signed the papers with the contract. however, they did not have this in their system.... an unreliable company...
