Andy was fantastic. Before he'd even come out to see us he'd walked through so many questions/tests to ensure I hadn't missed the obvious. In the end we did need a visit and Andy got to the bottom of it and resolved our problem brilliantly. Incredibly genuine and very helpful and managed to get our 15 year old hot tub back into action. Can't recommend him enough.

I found Andy through a Google search and was impressed by the reviews I therefore wanted to add my own. Andy came out to our 10yr old hot tub and quickly diagnosed the problem. He advised us what we needed to get the repair done. He ordered the parts and came back to make the repair. First class service during a very trying time! Highly recommended. We have loved making the most of our hot tub during the cold lockdown evenings! Thanks Andy 😊😊

Like many people, I was impressed with the reviews about Spa-Tech-Us and so booked Andy to do a repair on our hot tub, a repair I may add that the supplier had let us down with. Andy is very professional. Messages were always answered and nothing was too much trouble. Since the first repair, Andy has done a couple more jobs for us. He arrives promptly and just gets on with the job. Totally recommended.
