Excellent. A small company run by Jon who is very poilte, helpful and will always go out of his way to get you out of a hole. Nice to be able to deal with real decent people on the phone in a more traditional company where that is still possible. The drivers are also very good indeed which is important as our access is ... challenging to say the least. Very highly recommended ! and I don't often say that these days.

Jon and team were absolutely incredible. Having just moved into a new house, we unexpectedly ran out of oil and with a 2 year old and a vulnerable elderly mother in law in the house we were desperate to get our heating oil. Jon was so understanding and helpful and they managed to get 500litres to us within 24 hours. And such a reasonable price too!

Been using John and his team now for the last few years their service and helpfulness is second to none. In an industry where in our experience is full of lies and false promises it is so refreshing to deal with a company who clearly still offer old fashion customer service and appreciate their customers We again unfortunately run out of heating oil and once again John and his team have gone above and beyond to help us and deliver our oil promptly the following day. I would not hesitate to use and recommend this company to anyone wanting a reliable friendly heating oil supplier. They are head and shoulders above the rest and thank you for your rapid help again...we will try and order with more notice next time.
