I’ve recently finished a 6 week beginners programme with Linda and it was amazing! As a nervous yoga novice, Linda immediately gave me a sense of calm - her friendly and warm nature made every session an immersive experience. She really knows her stuff- taking me through all the foundations of yoga practice at a steady pace, explaining the physicality, breathing best practices and helping me adjust and improve throughout. I came away from each session not just with some great skills to continue practicing yoga, but a sense of calm and grounding and will miss our 121 sessions! I absolutely recommend Linda.

Linda is an amazing instructor; not only are her sessions perfect for mind and body, she is a generous, kind spirit who fosters a wonderful sense of community for all who attend. I attended Linda’s sessions from about 20weeks pregnant, including the day before giving birth, and used breathing techniques I learnt in class and listened to her class soundtrack during labour! This all helped me to have a wonderful birthing experience. I’ve also made great new friends which is really the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love these pre-nathal yoga classes, it often was the highlight of my week while pregnant, with Linda's gentle guidance allowing to get the much needed pain and tension relief from the multiple pregnancy symptoms. The class atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, the flow is well thought through to fit the expectant moms, giving enough modifications for different ability levels and depending on the willingness to push yourself on a particular day. Brilliant and highly recommended!

I am quite new to Yoga and, when I decided to do private classes, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can definitely say that, after my short course with Linda, I feel much more in control of my body and knowledgeable about the basis of yoga. She tailored my class according to my needs. After each session, she would summarise the takeway so I understood why posture and technique are so important and how you can apply these learnings into your everyday life. Thanks to Linda yoga has now become part of my everyday routine!

I’ve been attending Linda’s postnatal classes and they’ve been fantastic. I love going to them as she has really helped me with stretching out my back - which has suffered from carrying around a baby. Linda adapts the class according to how far along postnatally you are. Her classes are small which make them calming and relaxing, even with babies there! I’ve enjoyed a class where it’s focused on “me” where I can bring the baby along. Linda is brilliant at teaching a class with having the babies there, she’ll help hold / entertain the babies when required to give the mums an opportunity to actually participate in the class as much as possible.

This was my first experience of yoga and I really enjoyed it. Linda's calm and friendly manner immediately puts you at ease and takes away any self consciousness you may initially feel. She takes you through the movements step by step, encouraging you to listen to your body and building confidence in your ability. It definitely helped with loosening up and stretching my muscles.
