The Spa Experience is fantastic. I booked it through the Better app. After that the staff gave me a robe, a towel, and a pair of flip flops. They have a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi/tub for hydrotherapy. There is even a seating area where you can lay down and relax. They have herbal tea (camomile) and some Juicy fruits available here. I had a nice granny smith apple. The place is clean. The staff are friendly and professional. There are massage services here that you'll have to book separately. The staff here are also friendly. Afterwards I went to the little eating area and had a sandwich. I really enjoyed this place. This is the perfect place to relax and relieve stress. I highly recommend. I will be returning in the near future. ^_^ 👍

Had a Mama's massage, the length of the massage was really good it was enough time to really relax. It covered legs, back and shoulders, and a bit of neck and face too. The scrub at the start was great, skin felt so soft afterwards. Was nice to then have a complimentary piece of fruit and some tea in the relaxation room after. All in all very relaxing! Cost £85.

Had the most amazing facial with Keeley - I was so relaxed!! The relaxation room is a lovely space. Spa facilities aren't huge and it did get a bit busy by the time I left, but they're a good standard (although the hydro pool could have been warmer!). I'll definitely be visiting again!
