    Sadly I am going to leave a negative review … This is a horrible place .. The customer service is very poor especially I would highlight the two lady behind the desk … unfortunately I don’t know their name but I will find out as they are very unprofessional.. One of them didn’t wanna let us in today because we were late … they said the following ‘ sorry we are fully booked today ‘ ( easy to say this right ?) Then I asked for the manager … suddenly he was unable to come down to the reception … eventually they let us in and when we walked in to the VERY SMALL PROBABLY 2 meter by 3 meter changing room !! - the lady followed me and kept criticising my swimsuit… surely she had a bad day right ? Or she just doesn’t like to work there ? … Later on she ‘ found me ‘ again and she told me off of not using the shower properly I mean I am sorry these people have no idea of using the spa properly … I have been visiting different saunas for 16 years now ( back home nearly everyday ) so I am very experienced.. This place is dirty the sauna smells … Please avoid

    I was given a gift certificate for Ironmonger Row Baths. I thought my booking was there. Nowhere on the website does it mention that spa has burned down. We were not notified this Gift certificate was no longer valid to use there. If that spa is gone - existing customers should been notified. We were not. I do not know where Bethnal Green spa is, I assumed my booking as at Ironmonger Row, as stated on the gift certificate. I phoned about six times last week to try and make this booking. No one answers the phone. So I had to use the website to make the booking. Assuming this booking was at Ironmonger. The certificate was for a treatment that wasn’t even listed on the website. But there was something that sounded similar and the website allowed me to select it. Nowhere did it say the treatment my boyfriend had purchased for me was no longer on offer. They have refused to rebook or refund. When I finally go to to speak to someone, I was told “Madame this you fault. I don’t have to rebook this”. When I told her I had no idea where Bethnal Green spa was, she told me “use your phone”. Her bad attitude was shocking. I am really disappointed with this experience. This is terrible customer service. My boyfriend spent £100 on this. He bought it for my birthday. I didn’t but get a massage. There was no apology, no refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
