Have been going for nearly year now both personally and with clients who always love there time as spa too. Staff are so friendly and do fantastic treatments. Could easily spend my whole day there having endless treatments.friendly, welcoming, help with any issues during massages. So great had my hen party there day before wedding, everyone enjoyed themselves. So much so those that don't normally enjoy book everytime they are in the area.

Im 7 months pregnant and due to a number of pregnancy pains booked a prenatal relaxing massage. From the moment I walked into the spa door I felt I was somewhere far away from the hustle and bustle of Epsom. The experience was extremely relaxing and Rosie was great at relieving the aches. I was asked on booking whether I had been before, which I have. On arriving I was asked the same question again, but was asked to fill in a form to update any details, the were no changes. This was then used as an excuse why my massage was cut down from 25 mins to little over 15. All the while she kept saying I needed to book a course. Appointment ended at 5.55. What would another 5 mins matter! Surely they don't run such a tight schedule that I couldn't be allowed a little longer!
