Terrible customer stay clear. Bought a set of brakes - found them delivered as OEM - the pads were used and brakes marked. No instructions. Spoke to their shop by phone and was told “send them back if I want”. If they had on their website OEM returned then I would be fine. Also bought tyres - non folding that were folded and damaged the side walls. Had to argue for a refund. In the end my credit card company got involved. Sorry but the customer service is terrible and they lie. That’s not how you do business to retain customers and market your products. Will never use again or recommend. Stay clear from these clowns. Don’t know why the CTC used to use them so much. Taken pictures as evidence if they try to take my review off.

Always great value. Always great selection. No nonsense people who know what they're talking about. My dream touring bike would probably be a Spa Cycles Wayfarer, but until that day, I'll keep going to Spa to get everything I need to keep my existing bikes going. I find that, particularly for older and more rare bits and bobs, Spa will have what you need when the rest of the world let's you down. If they don't, they give great advice on next steps. They can even help with tandem specific bits. When you need new wheels, you want to speak to Bobby. He digs into what you need from and then builds you great wheels. Just don't be in too much of a rush. Their wheel building service is in demand and I've usually waited 4 weeks for my wheels.

I've used Spa Cycles before. This is a fact and what I am going to say is also true, if there is no problem with your order then there's no problem at all which is awesome. However when a problem arises, they are terrible at resolving it and would not accept it's their problem. Resulting in in poor customer service. Swore at me when I was on the phone with the owner. I would use them on smaller parts so the result is you lose less money. I would be extremely careful with them. Regardless I would suggest you use SJS Cycles for anything and everything. I've had many orders with them and not a single problem especially when problems do arise, they resolve it.

Had an issue with a faulty pair of leather toe straps that started delaminating after the first ride. After I rung them, Spa cycles shipped me a new pair immediately. Even allowed me to keep using the faulty pair until I had received the new pair so I could keep riding. Great service, great price on the item, would recommend!
