    Didn’t get a massage, due to lack of communication. No answering via phone calls or responding to texts. They might as well take the offer down on Groupon, I’ve seen people have had similar issues. I’ve cancelled my voucher and been refunded by Groupon, won’t bother again.

    I bought a Groupon voucher for a one hour massage and was really excited for it (as I have been having trouble with my back for a few months)! When I came to book the massage (11/10), I rang the number provided which went straight to voicemail. I then received an automated text immediately afterwards which I replied to and did not get a reply for. I then rang again the following day (12/10), for the call not to be answered and I received another automated message and then a text asking me which days and times suit me. A few messages back and forth and I couldn’t book the date I wanted, so I sent a text (21/10) and gave 3 dates and asked if they had any availability and received no response. I text again (25/10) asking if they had any availability for the week, to which they then did eventually respond but asking me what time was best. I then never bothered to reply as I knew I didn’t want to continue with this massage. I then contacted Groupon who were amazingly helpful and I received a full refund. It wasn’t until I read some of the reviews that I realised that this is a reoccurring problem with having no response / minimal response from SP-one. I’ve never dealt with a company that is this bad at responding to customers before. Just from this experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend!
