I strongly suggest avoiding this rental company. The property itself was lovely and well equipped for a family stay. However the issue is with the managing company themselves. Despite taking care of the property and making extra effort to clean the kitchen and take out the bins, they accused us of damaging the property. They cited clearly old sweat stains on the mattress protectors (the top sheets were clean, so not sure how they thought it was us that did this!) They even claimed we urinated on the sheets! We paid £1759 for the bank holiday weekend but they tried to get us to pay a large cleaning bill in addition after the fact. Included in this was a 10 minute 'late checkout' fee as we were loading the cars with the kids. A major red flag for us was that they tried to ensure we liaised with them off of the Airbnb app, which was very concerning behaviour. I would advise caution to any potential guest at one of the properties managed by this agent.

We stayed in Boatman’s cottage at Wells next the sea for a week in may. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possibly need including bath and separate shower and a log burner for cosy nights in. The location was perfect being on a quiet road with off street parking and close to the many shops and pubs in the town. We had some great meals at The Crown, The Globe and especially good food at The Crab House which is a must for sea food lovers. A great week of walks, bird watching and eating fish and chips on the harbour wall, can’t wait to return to the very comfortable Boatman’s cottage!

We stayed at Chadwicks in Brancaster in April. We are a family of 9 plus 2 dogs and the house was ideal for us. Ity was comfortable, well appointed and with a nice enclosed garden. There are pleanty of bathrooms and room to relax. The location is great as you can walk to the beach without needing to walk along busy roads. Its a 15 minute walk and then it's easy to visit other places such as Hunstanton, Thornham, Brancaster Staithe, Burnham Market and Wells. We would recommend the house to any group of, say 6 to 10 people.
