    I have spent £100's here and yesterday took a unopened item back and was charged £7 to put it back into stock! I will never shop here again - in fact in future I will go to Pure Adhesive Uk which is easier to get to - just off the A1 and much cheaper and they have a much wider range - and the staff are fantastic. I will complain about their returns policy to Which as I think customers should be pre-warned before purchasing

    What started off with what I thought was excellent customer service disintegrated to sneering insult as they refused to use their discretion to take back completely untouched, unopened, unused packs of tiles just because it had gone just beyond the 28-day period from invoice date. They also recommended I purchased way more grout than I needed, and when I tried to return that, only then was I informed that this was non-returnable. I'm now stuck with a bunch of product that I don't need, can't sell on and will never use. Topps Tiles in Harrogate have been far more reasonable to deal with in the past and I will certainly be going back to them for the next job. Edit: Can't understand the "ignore the bad review" comment below. I simply wrote how I found. It's up to the public out there what they pay attention to and what they ignore. Thanks!
