Bought a shared ownership flat from them in October and still waiting on repairs from the day I moved in. Buzzer entry system stopped working in December and still not fixed. Mould in the communal corridor took over a month to be cleaned. My bathroom heater hasn't worked since January. Allocated car parking is still not marked which should have been done in October. Staff are evasive when asked for a time frame on any of it and never seem to know what's going on - one of their representatives actually told me that it's not their job to chase up issues with the developer, despite it very clearly advertising on their website and in the moving in pack that they do this weekly. Absolute joke of a company.
