Watch out for this company. You would expect that your policy year would run from when you take out the policy, NO!!! You claim period starts from when you make your first claim. I am now in my 15th month and because I used my claim for dental in month 10, i cant claim for dental again until month 22. They refused my claim so I asked to make a formal complaint. Still waiting to hear back, I am expecting to be told I should have read the pages or terms and conditions.

What a rip off! Put in dental claim for £23. Got £4:80. This being the only claim (DENTAL) I use. I'm up to my limit apparently. What? I only ever put two claims a year in, for dental checkups. No opticians or hospital claims. Cancelling my policy!

Absolutely a shame of a company they take your money no problem but when you make a claim they find an excuse not to pay you and the customer service is disgusting she talked over me and did not listen and was condescending, I have cancelled shame on you sovereign healthcare!!! UPDATE I contacted them as asked when I called the lady didn't know anything about me being asked to contact them so the conversation was ended five minutes later I got a call back with an apology and told I would be receiving my claim as long as I reinstated my policy so I have decided to give them another go, I received my money the following week,

Absolutely fantastic service, I can’t believe how good and professional I have been treated. I call 11am to speak with a doctor as my own doctors couldn’t accommodate my telephone appointment for over a week. I spoke with a Sovereign doctor at 2pm and by 8.30am the next day my prescription was with my designated chemist! Wow… the guys promised calls back and did so as promised on the exact times I was given. I can’t thank you enough for great service and for helping me.

Absolutely fantastic service. Phoned to ask for a claim form to be sent out, received a few days later sent form back last Thursday (7th March) received cheque today (14th March). Quick & easy to do and fast turnaround very impressed no hassle at all & first time I have applied. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful & professional too.
