In response to the owner, customer service skills from the lady whom answered my call wasn't great, seems to be inconsistent avaliability depending if you ask more than once, your engineers have attended my fault with my patio doors multiple times but you have not fixed my problem.

Staff really need to go back to customer service school. The way I was spoken to this morning was disgraceful. I would never dream of speaking to a member of the public like that regardless of what side of bed she had gotten out of. Every piece of info she gave me regarding my faulty windows was incorrect - including telling me my address wasn't the correct address, absolutely nothing to do with them blah blah. I suggest in future you check your facts before speaking to people in that manner. I didn't go direct to this company they supplied the windows for my new build - privately owned new build not the 'housing association' she was determined was responsible for MY property. Windows are faulty 18 months old. So rude.

Absolutely disgraceful company, the customer service is dire. Waiting for replacements that has taken months when the product was faulty in the first place. They really don't care about anything, trying to contact them is another issue, they don't want to know, very rude and ignorant. Would not recommend them at all.
